Guest Posting Guidelines

Thank you for considering to guest post on my blog. It is my pleasure to work with other writers eager to build an audience and share valuable information and experiences with others.

I currently publish my guest posts on Fridays. If you are interested in submitting one for consideration, please follow the steps I have outlined below.

Content:

Your post must be on one of these subjects:

1. Christian Topics
2. Reviews of helpful technology products
3. Inspiring books you have read
4. Your experiences with writing and publishing

I will accept plugs for your book/services/products as long as 80% of the article pertains to one of the subjects above.

I do reserve the right to determine what fits into that 80% rule. This is a judgment call on my part and I have no mathematical way of determining that 80% rule. I just know a shameless attempt to advertise for free when I see it.

Guidelines:

1. Your post must be of original content and created by YOU, not a ghostwriter. It must not have been previously posted on another blog/website or published in print.
2. You agree not to publish the post anywhere else, including on your own blog/website. You may, however, put a small preview on your blog/website as long as you place a link that takes the reader to my site to read the entire article.
3. You may provide up to 3 links in your article. One link can be for your blog/website. One link can be to your Twitter account or Facebook Page and the third link can be to a landing page for your book/service/product. However, no buttons or links that are used for purchasing items may be displayed on this landing page.
4. You post should contain at least 500 words and be no more than 800 words. More then 800 word posts may be rejected.

Editing:

• I will copy-edit your post for grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. If I make substantial changes to the content, I will email it back to you for your approval before posting.
• I will provide a short intro to your post as well as a conclusion. I will outline is some stylistic way what is my added content so it is clear to the reader what is your material and what is mine.

Disclaimer:

I reserve the right to use your submission or reject it based solely on my judgment as to if your post will be of value to my readers.

If I do not approve your guest post I will not explain why or provide any details as to my decision. I will not send out rejection emails.

After 30 days, if your guest post does not appear on my site, you may take your article and submit it elsewhere.

Submissions:

If you agree to my guidelines above, please fill out the following form in which you will need to include your article. You will need to paste it into the article box. This form does not allow you to save your progress, so please be ready to submit all your information plus article at the same time.
